Mr. Tushar Deshmukh received his engineering degree with honors and then Masters degree in Business and Administration from Pune University. Mr. Deshmukh is responsible for overall vision, business direction and growth.

He is responsible for sales and marketing in India and overseas. Mr. Deshmukh is well travelled and has business associations in UAE, Germany and Nigeria.  He has excellent management skills and the ability to generate resources and manage growth.

His contacts and personal rapport with the indigenous and overseas business enterprises has enabled the group to establish a permanent place in the global market. He has immense energy and drive to acquire new businesses be in India or overseas. . Over a period of time, he has gained in-depth knowledge and experience in Reactive Power Management System as well as international sourcing and marketing.


Managing Director
Mr. P. S. Bisale is an Engineering graduate with P.G. Diploma in Marketing from Pune Univesity.He has a 20 year of Experience in capacitor field and done many R & D in Harmonic Environment & successfully installed a Tuned / Active Filter in Steel ,Textile & Tyre Industries in accordance with International Standard (IEEE) .we are developing a SVC for 33 KV system.

He is responsible for overall manufacturing to marketing all over India & Abroad.

As a result of his excellent business acumen the group was able to embark on various projects and has led not only to the successful completions of Major Projects in India and abroad but also turning them around in record time.
